7 Sacred laws
There are seven (7) primary laws of the Wolf Society. We know that seven is a sacred number and it is no coincidence that the laws are revealed in the manner and number that they are. Although the family is one of the most important aspects of the Wolf Society it is not the first law. You must have respect and honor before you are any good to your family. And it is your Duty as well as your family’s to defend each other and the society and cooperate as needed.
(7) Respect, Honor, Family, Loyalty, Duty, Defense and Cooperation
Respect the Creator, your elders and ancestors. They have learned more than you and are a valuable asset. You may think them strange and out of touch. Be patient with them, show them respect, and maybe they will teach you what they know. Respect is given freely before it may be earned. Give your respect initially to all you encounter. Rescind your respect should your encounter not be reciprocated.
Respect your young; teach them; be important in their life. Help them understand. When you see the look of confusion and lack of understanding remember that you have learned more than they. They are not stupid; just unknowing. Remember that if you can make them hear you they will learn.
Honor: the Creator, your elders and ancestors. Do this by learning from them and listening to them. Being honorable encompasses many traits. Honor yourself, Honor your mate, and honor your children. Speak slowly and with intention. Make sure that your words are true even if they offend. If you know that you may offend, perhaps you shouldn’t speak. But make sure that no double meaning may be interpreted from your words. Be clear. Demand respect for yourself; but don’t expect to get it until you earn it. Never sacrifice your integrity.
Family: You must share your affections with your family. Communicate with them; Play with them. Play strengthens the bond within the family and teaches the young important social skills. It also teaches the proper place within the order. You will find happiness in their happiness. They will learn to defend themselves and how to defend the family as well. At feeding time remember that the Head Pair initiates the consumption of the meal. No one should eat before they say it is OK. When it is time to submit to the Head Couple it is best to do so willingly and respectfully as to avoid harsh disciplinary actions. Rest with the family, socialize with them. Voice your concerns with the family and don’t pen up your feelings. Teach your family the wisdom of the wolf and the will of the Creator.
Loyalty: You must be loyal to your family, the Wolf Society and our country. That Loyalty is the key in binding the Society together. It starts at home in your own Order. Faithfulness and devotion to our Creator, your mate, and your children, your Order and our Society.
Duty: It is your duty to love honor and obey your family rules and those of the wolf society. It is your duty to show respect to your elders and the Head pair. Your duty is to your Creator, family and the society. Learn the ways of the society’s instruction. Guard the society and your family. Always remember your place within the society. It is your duty to learn how best to defend your Order and if necessary to lay down your life to protect them. It is your duty to make yourself be known to other society members or family. This familiarity with each other prevents misunderstandings. This shows respect for others and you will be known and respected for it in return. It is your duty to ensure that the society and your family are always thought of as honorable and refrain from actions to the contrary sacrificing integrity.
Defense: protect and guard your family and territory. It is a must that you remain able to jump into action at any moment that your mate, children or elders need you. It is the responsibility of the Head pair to insure that all members of the family are protected. All members of the family should be ready and able to defend and protect the entire family as well. It is imperative that all members of the family be physically fit and instructed in the ways of close combat and weapons so that they are prepared to defend the family in case of attack at any time and in any place. Survival skills are necessary to master to ensure the continuation and defense of our people.
Cooperation: all members of the society must cooperate with one another to ensure the survival of the society. There is strength in unity and the respect and love of your brethren within the society will solidify that unity. Your views may differ than that of the others but you must remember whose territory you are in and pay respect for the honor of being allowed to be there. This price is shown as respect for the family and the ways of their territory.
